It's kind of a weird story about how I discovered Gus' music. A few years ago while studying Music Management I was walking through a record store. I love going to record stores and just browse through all the different records and love finding bands and artists I never heard of. While going through some I noticed Gus' album 'Uncivilized Love'. I liked the cover art (I'm a designer at heart and especially love to make album art so I watch out for that as well) and decided to give it a listen. It might be a weird reason but I definitely don't regret it. I absolutely LOVED the album! I bought it immediately and listened to it non-stop. Ready for the scary part? When I got home I searched him online and he was going to perform in Holland the next day. It creeped me out a bit lmao. Unfortunately I didn't have the money or the time to go that day. What made it even worse was that he performed 1 or 2 days earlier in the city I was living in AND at the venue I used to work at. Hopefully I'll be able to see him live one day =). Till that day I'll be happy listening to his amazing albums <3.
