NYC based singer-songwriter, Joey DeGraw, combines powerful songs with a rootsy rock feel creating a unique unmistakable sound. DeGraw’s songs provide honest, witty, and sharp observations on everyday life and he sings them with a voice that is raw and filled with emotion.
The older brother of recording artist, Gavin DeGraw, Joey is a prolific writer and has written with some of the industry’s top writers and artists. "Gavin is like a rocket. Joey is like a time bomb," says NYC’s Bitter End owner Ken Gorka. "Gavin hits you over the head, but Joey sneaks up on you."
After packing the Bitter End for a string of late weeknight shows, DeGraw is now touring the country with his band. He has been featured on Z-100 in NYC, Clear Channel. His new EP was produced by Steve Greenwell, producer of Joss Stone's "The Soul Sessions" and "Mind, Body & Soul" and includes a track "Another Mistake" originally penned for Ms. Stone.
